Error running ‘ServiceStarter’: Command line is too long. Shorten command line for ServiceStarter or also for Application default configuration.

意思是：

命令行太长。缩短应用程序或Spring启动默认配置的命令行。

之所以出现这个原因是一般是因为打印的环境变量太长了，超过了限制。

解决办法
在.idea 文件夹中打开 workspace.xml 文件找到 ,在该标签里加一行 修改idea的安装配置文件来达到目的
