1.禁用独立显卡

启动TLP

sudo tlp start

(如果需要关闭tlp,则在tlp的配置文件中修改即可)

效果

sudo tlp stat

可以看到tlp已经开始工作

过一会后运行:

sudo tlp stat -t

会发现CPU温度已经明显改善
