背景

从今年年初到现在，这一直是一个备受关注的问题，虽然是打压马甲包等一些不正规的App，但是正常的App也躺枪了。

我的项目类型是：健美健身，健身App，订阅类型

听到一些人说他们App审核的IP：17.200.11.44，似乎看到了什么？
还有遇到英国IP的，144.178.28.142
IP信息都待验证

2.1被拒信息

Guideline 2.1 - Information Needed
This type of app has been identified as one that may violate one or more of the following App Store Review Guidelines. Specifically, these types of apps often:

1.1.6 - Include false information, features, or misleading metadata.
2.3.0 - Undergo significant concept changes after approval
2.3.1 - Have hidden or undocumented features, including hidden “switches” that redirect to a gambling or lottery website
3.1.1 - Use payment mechanisms other than in-app purchase to unlock features or functionality in the app
3.2.1 - Do not come from the financial institution performing the loan services
4.3.0 - Are a duplicate of another app or are conspicuously similar to another app
5.2.1 - Were not submitted by the legal entity that owns and is responsible for offering any services provided by the app
5.2.3 - Facilitate illegal file sharing or include the ability to save, convert, or download media from third party sources without explicit authorization from those sources
5.3.4 - Do not have the necessary licensing and permissions for all the locations where the app is used

Before we can continue with our review, please confirm that this app does not violate any of the above guidelines. You may reply to this message in Resolution Center or the App Review Information section in App Store Connect to verify this app’s compliance.

Given the tendency for apps of this type to violate the aforementioned guidelines, this review will take additional time. 有网友说今年苹果升级了机审，机审判断App与之前违规的App作比较，有相似行为的直接标记为2.1狗年大礼包。

我现在手上的项目，不管是正常的项目还是马甲包项目，基本都给的大礼包；已申诉，暂未得到苹果的回复。。。

修改App名称，把App上架到其他账号，我的这个账号之前其他App被大礼包拒过；去掉网络获取的数据放到本地读取，第一个版本去掉内购等相关商品，等第一个版本上线后再次更新添加网络请求和内购商品。

解决思路

思路一

2.1元数据被拒，可以参考一下模版回复即可；二进制回复基本没救。

如果App真没有问题，直接回复苹果，逐条说明情况，参考如下(中文+英文)：

尊敬的苹果审核委员会，你好。谢谢你的耐心和认真审核，我们认真排查了你提到的7个审核条款，我们对此回应如下：
1.1.6：我们App并没有包含误导用户的功能和虚假信息，全都是真实的。
2.3.0：我们App没有在通过苹果审核后修改任何的概念和功能。
2.3.1：我们App没有切换到任何赌博或彩票的网站，我们是原生App
3.1.1：我们App内并没有使用任何第三方支付。
4.3.0：我们App内容都是我们自己开发的，并不存在抄袭或者大量相似。
5.2.1：我们App并没有法人实体和版权的风险。
5.3.4：我们App并不需要所在地区的生产许可证或者相关授权这是我们经过认真自查之后，得到的结论，我们的App需要尽快上线，因为我们有大量推广活动在做。希望苹果审核团队能继续审核，感谢。
Dear Apple Review Committee, hello. Thank you for your patience and careful review. We carefully investigated the seven review clauses that you mentioned. We respond to this as follows:
1.1.6: Our App does not contain misleading features and false information. It is all true.
2.3.0: We haven’t modified any of the concepts and features of our App after it was approved by Apple.
2.3.1: Our App does not switch to any gambling or lottery website. We are a native App
3.1.1: We do not use any third party payment within our App.
4.3.0: The contents of our apps are all developed by us. There is no plagiarism or a lot of similarities.
5.2.1: Our App does not have the risk of legal entities and copyrights.
5.3.4: Our App do not have the necessary licensing and permissions for all the locations where the app is used. This is the conclusion we got after careful self-examination.
Our app needs to be online as soon as possible because we have a lot of promotional activities. I hope the Apple audit team can continue to review and thank you.

该种方式，有网友说可以过审的；可能有概率的问题，可考虑是否真的对你的项目可行。

思路二

启动页有Loading等动画或文案，可能让苹果认为你动态加载资源，当然苹果不会关心你加载的本地的还是在线的；可考虑去掉Loading等相关动画和文案；当然去掉Loading后启动页时间也不能够长，不然会让审核人员觉得你的IPV6存在问题。

该种方式，也有去掉后过审的；目前的也有Loading，考虑去掉重新提审一试。

干货

苹果 2017 年 11 月中旬升级了机器审核算法，机器审核更加严格；2018 年 1 月份再次升级审核规则，一次触发到多条问题的时候，会被 2.1 大礼包打回。（在这里我要再次提醒的是用来上架的电脑，上架被拒两次后就不要在使用同一台电脑进行提交了）
苹果有自己的特征代码库，只要和这个特征代码库存中代码撞车了，均会被认为是违反了相应的条款，不管这部分代码是否真的是违规了；
成功上架的应用，才会被纳入特征库，才会被用来比对代码相似度（在一个账号下上架的应用，在另外的账号进行提审，会触发 4.3 ）

马甲包注意事项

马甲包中的info.plist要尽量避免与主包中的plist文件重复
建议每次出新包，更换不同的打包Mac设备
每次打包时，使用VPN，更换打包的网络地址，以上信息苹果每次都会记录，这些也是判断是否重复应用的依据
做代码混淆、加密
每个包建议开新的Xcode工程来做，不要使用老工程
测试设备的添加，每个iOS包分配1-2台设备，尽量不重复添加
