问题：

Failure to find javax.media:jai-core:jar:1.1.3 in
https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2 was cached in the local repository,
resolution will not be reattempted until

解决办法一：
网上下载一个jai_core\1.1.3的离线包
手动引入包
链接：https://pan.baidu.com/s/1y8aSKHonXI95nVgnnJcFvA 提取码：eljs

解压并替换掉整个目录：
D:\maven\repository\javax\media\jai_core
注意：jai_core是下划线的目录，不是中划线的目录

解决办法二：
找到你的本地maven仓库地址,如我的地址为：D:\maven\repository
找到出错的jar所在目录：D:\maven\repository\javax\media\jai_core\1.1.3

把
D:\maven\repository\javax\media\jai_core\1.1.3\jai-core-1.1.3.jar.lastUpdated
文件改为：
D:\maven\repository\javax\media\jai_core\1.1.3\jai-core-1.1.3.jar
即去掉后缀.lastUpdated
然后重新刷新和编绎就OK
