             * imtro : 黄焖是将食材裹面粉油炸后,再重新焖煮的一种制作手法,这样制作出来的菜品软烂酥香,老少适宜,所以,有很深的群众基础,在我的记忆里,自小就有它的身影,最常见的是用猪肉、鸡肉和鱼为食材制作,逢年过节婚丧嫁娶的筵席上,少不了它的身影。 这次制作,选用的鸡腿肉,经过油炸焖煮的鸡肉,真的是入口即化的感觉,所以,即使家里有老人和孩子,吃这个也是没问题的。 今天儿子生日,特别制作给他,愿他学习路上一帆风顺,万事吉(鸡)祥如意!
