python3.6 安装最新版的Selenium 调用 PhantomJS总是报错
交互窗口中完全不能用 把PhantomJS.exe放到Python根目录后运行命令行程序总是有一行
这时需要下载旧版本的Selenium

在Scripts命令行运行：

pip install selenium==2.33
